Comments: He came out same night after I called to assess the burst pipe from the lake. Next day he arrived early, brought the necessary materials, and got straight to work. Fixed the problem correctly and quoted a fixed price upfront. When he identified a better long-term solution, he explained the options clearly, laid out the actual costs for each, and let me decide without pressure. He delivered what he said he would, when he said he would, at the price he quoted. That's the standard but apparently rare enough to note.

I can highly recommend Sydlar Plumbing and Heating. Having experienced countless plumbing companies over 30 years of home ownership, I have finally found a company that is efficient, reliable, and professional, I called Sydlar Plumbing and Heating and was immediately greeted by a pleasant and knowledgeable office administrator. She scheduled the appointments, provided written estimates, and coordinated my project. George, the owner, correctly diagnosed the issues, discussed the options, and then efficiently executed the best choices. He and his assistant left the work areas in spotless condition. Comments: I am beyond happy with my experience! From my initial call with Melissa to the completion of the work with George, everything was top notch. They were efficient and the work was done in a very timely fashion. Their customer service was wonderful! George replaced two toilets and a faucet for me and everything went extremely well. This was my first time using both Angi and Sydlar Service but I will definitely be using them both again!

George installed my new oil boiler. Great job at a great price. Told him what my objectives were and he recommended the perfect unit. His follow-through was incredible - needed him back to adjust the hot water temp, needed him back to add anti-freeze, needed him back for the inspection - he came through every time. He cleaned the boiler room area better than I would have cleaned it myself. I now see why he has a 5-star rating on Google. George is now my go-to!

During the January storm, our pipes froze and Sydlar Service was absolutely exceptional. From the very beginning, they stayed on the phone with us until they were able to get to our home, which immediately helped calm what was a stressful situation.
George was incredibly thoughtful and professional. He was careful not to cause unnecessary damage while locating the frozen pipe and took the time to confirm that the pipes had not burst before moving forward. Instead of rushing or cutting into walls, he helped us set up targeted heating points to reach the poorly placed frozen pipes—and it worked.
What truly stood out was that George returned the next day to help with cleanup and make sure everything was in good shape. The level of care, patience, and follow-through we received was outstanding. I can’t recommend Sydlar Service highly enough.
