Project: Install, Replace or Repair a Main Water Pipe
Comments: He came out same night after I called to assess the burst pipe from the lake. Next day he arrived early, brought the necessary materials, and got straight to work. Fixed the problem correctly and quoted a fixed price upfront. When he identified a better long-term solution, he explained the options clearly, laid out the actual costs for each, and let me decide without pressure. He delivered what he said he would, when he said he would, at the price he quoted. That's the standard but apparently rare enough to note.

Project: Install, Repair or Replace Plumbing or Fixtures
Comments: I am beyond happy with my experience! From my initial call with Melissa to the completion of the work with George, everything was top notch. They were efficient and the work was done in a very timely fashion. Their customer service was wonderful! George replaced two toilets and a faucet for me and everything went extremely well. This was my first time using both Angi and Sydlar Service but I will definitely be using them both again!

Comments: Received call from Melissa, who was friendly and professional. Plumber George arrived promptly. He was able to quickly diagnose and resolve a frozen pipe on my heater system, preventing a potential rupture that would have been aggravating and expensive! Very friendly and professional service from start to finish.
